As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating daily warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient receiving, storage, organization, and issuance of construction materials in accordance with company procedures and project requirements.
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor with a minimum of 7 years of experience in the construction industry, strong warehouse management skills, and the ability to supervise teams and manage materials effectively in a fast-paced construction environment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor daily warehouse operations
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records
- Ensure proper storage and organization of materials in accordance with safety requirements
- Monitor material movement and minimize loss, damage, and discrepancies
- Supervise warehouse staff and distribute daily tasks effectively
Must Have
- Minimum 7 years of experience in warehouse operations within the construction industry
- Previous experience supervising warehouse teams
- Experience handling construction materials, tools, and equipment
- Strong communication and coordination skills
Nice to have
- Familiarity with ERP or warehouse management systems
- Experience in inventory reporting and stock reconciliation
- Knowledge of health and safety procedures related to warehouse operations
