We are looking for an experienced HSE Officer to join our team and support the implementation of health, safety, and environmental standards across various projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring site activities, identifying potential risks, and ensuring compliance with HSE policies and applicable regulations.
This position is safety-focused and field-oriented by nature. We expect the candidate to be proactive, responsible, and committed to maintaining a safe working environment across different project sites. To be successful, you will need strong problem-solving and risk assessment skills, attention to detail, and the ability to take immediate and effective action when safety concerns arise.
Responsibilities
- Monitor HSE compliance across project sites
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify potential hazards
- Ensure employees and workers follow safety procedures and use appropriate PPE
- Monitor emergency preparedness and safety procedures
- Maintain HSE records, reports, and documentation
Must Have
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in bachelor’s degree in occupational health & safety or a related field
- Previous experience in HSE, preferably within construction or project environments
- Good knowledge of HSE standards, risk assessment, and safety procedures
- Ability to work on different project sites
Nice to have
- Relevant HSE certifications
- Experience with construction, fit-out, stone, marble, or MEP projects
- Knowledge of Saudi HSE regulations and requirements
- Experience in incident investigation and emergency response
